To Be Successful in Network Marketing Requires One Thing, Success in Life!

Auto Date Saturday, June 28th, 2008

Most people want to be successful in life. There are goals set and then the hard work begins to reach those goals. The question is what is success? Actually, success can mean different things to different people.

For example, a person that owns their own oil changing service for vehicles might set their level of success at servicing 50 cars a day while someone who loves music might consider success as cutting their own CD. In addition, success does not always have to involve money. Success could be getting a good grade in a difficult class or learning how to bake the perfect chocolate cake.

Success comes in all different shapes and sizes with one common denominator. Success is important and it takes work to reach.

Regardless of what your specific success is, there are ways to surpass your goal. Here are 5 tips that can be used for any success. These are ways to better yourself as a person, proven methods you can apply to reach success.

1. Realize your Potential

In order to succeed at anything, you need to see that you have the potential to reach your goals. For example, if you want to be a recording artist but have no singing ability, having success in this field is not likely. However, if you love working on cars and have a real talent for fixing engines and transmissions, and to you, success would mean working for NASCAR, you have potential to learn and achieve that success.

2. Don’t Look Back

Everyone has failures or mistakes from the past. To have success, you need to learn from your past and value those difficult lessons but do not every dwell on the past. Simply move forward and make better, more educated decisions from the lessons learned.

3. Dare to Dream

To succeed, you need to have dreams and aspirations. Be honest with yourself as to what you want out of life and what you want to give of your life. Allow your mind to dream and think big.

4. Business Plan

Create a Business Plan as your very first step if you are planning to build a business. Whether you will be searching for investors or not, this plan will be the blueprint to your success. The Business Plan will consist of market trends, financial planning, competitive analysis, exit strategies, marketing and promotional options, everything about your goal. When going before an investor, you will be required to have a Business Plan. This is by far the most important document of all. If your success were something personal, you would not need to create a Business Plan although a project plan would be a good option to allow you to keep track of everything involving your goal.

5. Don’t Give Up

To reach success, you have to persevere. Even Thomas Edison had to learn this. When he was creating the incandescent light bulb, it took him more than 10,000 times to get it right. Keep striving even when it becomes challenging.

There is no better gratification than being successful. Accept that you are in for some hard work but the results will be incredible. Use these tips as guidelines and step outside the box. Take action and succeed!

After a woman ovulates, the egg is normally fertilized within 24-48 hours. The single fertilized cell begins to rapidly divide and at this point in time is called a zygote. Many amazing things happen at fertilization. Your baby’s entire physical attributes are determined including gender, hair color, and eye color. Baby’s muscles in trunk, limbs, and head are developing. Baby’s face is well formed and your baby looks like a baby. By the end of your third month, your baby is 3-4 inches long and weighs about 1 ounce.

Month 4: During your fourth month your baby’s hair and teeth begin to form. Your baby will be moving and active now and you may begin to feel baby’s movement this month, however, not feeling movements till next month is perfectly normal as well. Your baby’s digestive system is forming and the intestines are present. Meconium, your baby’s first stool, is present in the intestines as well. By the end of this month it may be possible to determine baby’s gender. Your baby is approximately 5-6 inches long and weigh 5-8 ounces by the end of the month.

Month 5: Your baby is developing a fine hair, called lanugo, which covers the body. Likewise, her eyelashes and eyebrows are developing. Her fingerprints and footprints are now developed. She begins to suck and swallow and may even be found sucking her thumb. Vernix, a white lanolin-like covering, appears on baby to protect her skin. Her ears are developed as well and she may be able to hear you now. Your baby is approximately 7-8 inches long and weighs 3/4-1 pound by the end of this month.

Month 6: Your baby’s immune system is developing and she is beginning to create her own antibodies. She has developed a hand grip reflex and startle reflex. Month 7: Your baby’s eyes are open and she is able to cry. She may be very active now and others may be able to see her movements. She may have hiccups which will feel like a jumpy movement. She is increasing in body fat and her bones are fully developed now. By the end of this month, she is approximately 11 inches long and weighs around 3-3 1/2 pounds.

Month 8: At this point of your pregnancy, there is not a whole lot of new development. However, your baby is growing and maturing and preparing for life outside the womb. Your baby sleeps most of the time now and has periods of REM sleep. Baby is becoming increasingly cramped for space, but she is still very active. Your baby is approximately 13 inches long and weighs around 5-6 pounds at the end of this month.

Month 9: In your 9th month, which actually extends a little further than 9 calendar months, your baby is preparing for birth. She will spend a lot of time resting, but she should still have plenty of active periods. She should be facing head down in preparation for birth. Babies weight and length vary considerably at birth, but a typical range would be between 7-8 pounds and 19-21 inches in length.

Thanksgiving - Chose eCards With Care

Auto Date Tuesday, June 24th, 2008

Though thanksgiving is getting associated more with food and enjoyment, the real thanksgiving means to thank each and everyone who has done something good for us. Express gratitude to all of them on this day that is the real spirit of Thanksgiving.

There are few characteristics of those who are always feeling thankful. First, they thank even for the smallest help. Two, they never forget any act of help. Third, they are always obliged to all friends and family who have helped them at any point. This makes choosing Thanksgiving ecards a careful exercise.

What should an ideal ecard have? Text of saying thanks is most important. One should be very humble in expressing thanks and wish for the best. The text should be so chosen that it reflects your true sentiments. The design of the ecard should be delightful. It should be a joy to look at it. The colors should be bright and life giving. The font size and the ecard size, appropriate for the recipient. Please remember to choose large fonts of senior citizens.

Get ecards with music if possible. The music should match the mood of the ecard and increase the pleasure of viewing the ecard. Look for free ecards on the Internet, select one in flash and take care of all I said in the beginning. A good ecard will make the recipient very happy. Express your thanks and make others happy. That is the true spirit of Thanksgiving. Chose ecards accordingly.

Tips To Travel With Your Golf Clubs Easily

Auto Date Monday, June 23rd, 2008

Golf clubs can be expensive, but aside from the cost - you play your best game when using your own set of clubs. When traveling with your golf clubs, you will want to protect them from banging around against other luggage or from rough handling.

Your golf clubs are an investment and you want them safe from damage when traveling!

Here are some tips when traveling with golf clubs:

Protect your clubs by first packing them in a golf travel bag or case. There are plenty of options and many price ranges, so you are sure to find the travel case that is right for you.

There are two types of golf travel cases: soft shell and hard shell. For traveling by air, the hard shell golf case is most recommended. Many airlines will cover damages if your clubs are first packed inside a golf travel hard case (please confirm with your airline first).

Hard shell cases can protect against very demanding environments. Most are made of heavy molded plastic that help protect your clubs against hard drops, throws or harsh banging. The hard travel golf case may cost more than the soft shell choices, however the investment is offset by the level of protection provided to your clubs. If you prefer a hard case that will fit your golf bag inside as well, make sure to read the golf travel case descriptions before making your choice. Not all hard cases are built to fit your golf bag inside.

Golf soft shell travel cases can be a good option provided you pack your clubs well. The level of protection is not as great as the hard shell types, but by packing your clubs carefully and with a few precautions, you can do well with this choice if you plan on traveling by car and handling your own luggage. Also, most soft shell bags do fit your golf bag inside nicely.

To get the most protection for your golf clubs when using a soft shell case, be sure to pack the clubs inside carefully. First keep the clubs in your golf bag, cover the club heads with the golf bag cover (if your bag has one) or wrapped and buffered by some other material (towels or clothing work well) so that the club heads do not bang around loose or against each other inside the travel case.

By taking care to pack your golf clubs in a travel case that can offer protection from the elements and rough handling that can occur during travel, you will be on the right track to keeping your clubs safe from damage and enjoying them while traveling on holiday or golf tour.

You can find plenty of selections of golf travel bags and cases at http://golfingfanatic.com - see our selections of golf items found online.

The Plant Philanthropist

Auto Date Friday, June 20th, 2008

One year after we moved into our new ranch-style home, the Merion Bluegrass lawn was growing well and the basic flower beds were mapped out. A new home doesn’t need repairs, but a myriad of needs kept cropping up to soak up any available money. A trip to the local plant nursery put us in shock when we added up the cost of perennials, mulching and proper bricks for the borders. I would search the want ads for bargain lots of building materials, garden tools, mowers and fertilizer with much success. When people move, they don’t want to weigh down the moving van with old tools and bags of fertilizer. They practically give them away.

The one thing people would never part with are their perennials. Plants and trees are quite visible to the new owners and they usually expect that they go with the house. My whole winter was spent browsing the catalogs for hosta, iris, roses, and especially day lilies. Available in mouth-watering shades, these new hybrid day lilies come in different heights and plant habit. Some are good for along a fence, other make good border plants, each clump doubling in size every year. Unlike the road side day lilies that grow to four feet tall, bloom only briefly, and send out root runners to take over the rest of the garden, the hybrids are garden friendly. Unfortunately, a grouping of three roots cost about eight dollars, sending the cost of the needed plants into the hundreds of dollars.

One day, in a conversation with a local nursery owner, he revealed the source of some of his day lilies. The farmer lived in a nearby town and grew day lilies for a living. Some intense research turned up his address and I paid him a visit. Presented with row upon row of cultivated day lilies in every imaginable shape and color, I drooled over owning just a few of them for our garden. I parted with all the money I had, fifteen dollars, and went home with three starter clumps. Before leaving, I took a few pictures of his fields and some individual blossoms he had self propagated. I later made a set for him to keep. One low growing beauty sported forty blooms on each stalk (opening one per day) in tones of deep ruby red. Another met the dawn in diamond dusted five-inch-wide flowers in ivory and shell pink, showing an apple green center. A third boasted four inch blooms in a true lemon yellow.

The following summer, I received a call from the farmer. He informed me that he had sold his farm land to a developer and had already bought ten acres twenty miles further west. He had removed all he needed to seed the new day lily farm but was forced to leave hundreds of mature plants. The bulldozers were slated to start preparing the land for the new development the following week and if I would like, I could help myself to any number of plants for my garden. I almost dropped the phone in excitement. Here was presented to me the most desirable flowering perennials I could dream of for our garden! Free!! I thanked him and spent the next three days digging, boxing, and transporting the day lilies. The next July Fourth we had a barbecue party in the back yard. Ringing the gentle curves of the brick borders bloomed forty varieties of hybrid day lilies, glorifying our new garden and warming our hearts.

Retired portrait photographer now lives in a townhouse.

MP Apprehension of High Strung or Drunken Soldiers

Auto Date Thursday, June 19th, 2008

Recently scientists have discovered the hydrogen sulfide gas caused mice to go into spontaneous hibernation. The genetic similarities to the mammalian class humans belong to includes these rodents as well. The ability to put humans into spontaneous hibernation has incredible military applications, most of which have to do with stopping an advancing army, simply put them to sleep and thus serve your political will without having to kill them. Indeed this would change the battle space of the future in a way no one probably ever considered.

There is another military application for hydrogen sulfide gas that has not yet been discussed. That is to arm the Military Police with canisters of hydrogen sulfide gas to break up bar fights or subdue an out of control high-strung soldier with a weapon. The stress of warfare can cause behavior, which is not typical of the normal displacement of the individual. Work hard play hard also occurs during basic training or between deployments. Soldiers, young men, do have spikes in hormones and testosterone, which when put under this stress will cause severe behavioral issues. Whereas the killer instinct in necessary for survival in the heat of battle it can cause problems and such a soldier which is out of control and wants to kill someone, can be stopped short with a quick long-term nap rather than an escalation fight between him and the Military Police. There are so many stories of deaths both of soldiers and the Military Police Personal trying to stop them. By using the hydrogen sulfide gas, we can prevent deaths and channel that killer instinct behavior for the real battle. Think on this.

Prayer And Life Direction

Auto Date Monday, June 16th, 2008

Dear Daughter,

In my last letter I shared some thoughts about how to give your life direction. I would like to continue those thoughts. There is another important factor that shapes our lives. That factor is our spirituality, or our relationship with God.

If you pray and ask God to use you and your life for his purposes, your prayers will be answered, if you are sincere. This is a submission to God and a willingness to walk through opened doors, or opportunities, to serve God and others. If you pray this prayer, it’s a good idea to also pray for the wisdom and insight to recognize when a door opens for you.

Prayer is real. God is real, as is the Holy Spirit and Jesus. It is easy to begin thinking that God and church are more of a social function than anything else. In fact, Church does serve as a social function and as a type of support group for Christians. We meet to encourage one another and to help each other grow. This is one of the purposes of church.

These things are the “seen” part of church. Just as the “seen” is real, so is the “unseen.” Again, God is real. The Holy Spirit is real. Jesus was and is real. When you pray, your prayers are heard.

I believe that prayers are sometimes said out of routine and without proper respect. Use your imagination as you read this. Suppose that you are allowed only one prayer in your lifetime. You decide that today is the day you will use this one prayer. You go to a private place for this prayer. Just as you bow your head, a bright flash of light, like lightening, fills the room. At first you are blinded by the flash, and then you realize that it wasn’t a flash at all. The unbelievably bright light continues to fill the room. Your heart pounds and you notice trembling in your arms and legs. Suddenly, the light becomes even more intense and you panic. As you turn to find the door, you hear a thunderous, powerful voice that is unusual; it sounds like three voices speaking in unison. It is a frightening and awesome sound. Then just as suddenly as it began, the powerful three voices come together as one. You hear and you understand:

“Don’t be afraid my child, for I am your Heavenly Father and I love you very much. I knew you before you were born, I know you now and I will know and be with you when you leave this earth. I am here now to listen. I want to hear what you have to say. What you say is important to me because I love you more than you can understand.”

How would you pray? Would your approach to the prayer be any different than usual? Prayer is powerful and real. Prayer is your direct hotline to God. In addition, when you pray, you are not praying alone. The Holy Spirit is helping with your prayer by communicating your deepest thoughts and needs, even the things that you don’t know how to verbalize or pray for. Do you see why I say that prayer is powerful?

Answered prayers shape and give direction to our lives. Prayer is powerful and prayers are answered. I suppose some people would have a different opinion on this, but it has been my experience that prayers are usually answered by the opening and closing of doors. An exception would be prayers for the seriously ill. I have talked with several people who have witnessed remarkable medical recoveries in response to sincere prayer. Again, my experience has been that prayers are often answered by a door closing in one direction and opening in another. On the surface, it can appear to be coincidental, chance, or good luck. However, as you go through life, remember what you are praying for and look backwards with 20/20 hindsight. You will find that there are just too many coincidental events. You will realize that God’s hand was involved.

I hope that you pray. When you pray, pray as if you are praying that once in a lifetime prayer. Remember that you have God’s attention and he wants to hear what you have to say. When you pray, don’t forget to praise God. This just means let God know that you recognize His greatness, that He is all-powerful, the one and only God, and that you love and praise Him. Also, don’t forget to thank God for all He has given you. Then, pray for other’s needs and your own needs. I hope that you ask God to help you get through the teenage years, to help you get through the dating years safely, and to eventually marry a godly man. You might also pray for God to use you for his purposes, which is what brought us to the topic of prayer to start with.

So, I would suggest that our lives are directed and shaped by our choices, some random events, and God’s intervention in response to prayers. We can choose to drift through life and hope that things turn out all right, or we can choose to influence our direction in life through prayer and good choices. I hope you choose wisely and I hope that you pray. I will be praying for you.

Building a Successful Team

Auto Date Saturday, June 14th, 2008

Once you’ve set a goal for yourself as a leader - whether it is to create your own enterprise, energize your organization, build a church, or excel in sports - the challenge is to find good people to help you accomplish that goal. Gathering a successful team of people is not only helpful, it’s necessary.

So to guide you in this daunting task of picking the right people, I’m going to share with you a four-part checklist.

Number One: Check each candidate’s history. Seek out available information regarding the individual’s qualifications to do the job. That’s the most obvious step.

Number Two: Check the person’s interest level. If they are interested, they are probably a good prospect. Sometimes people can fake their interest, but if you’ve been a leader for a while, you will be a capable judge of whether somebody is merely pretending. Arrange face-to-face conversation, and try to gauge his or her sincerity to the best of your ability. You won’t hit the bull’s-eye every time, but you can get pretty good at spotting what I call true interest.

Number Three: Check the prospect’s responses. A response tells you a lot about someone’s integrity, character, and skills. Listen for responses like these: “You want me to get there that early?” “You want me to stay that late?” “The break is only ten minutes?” “I’ll have to work two evenings a week and Saturdays?” You can’t ignore these clues. A person’s responses are a good indication of his or her character and of how hard he or she will work. Our attitudes reflect our inner selves, so even if we can fool others for a while, eventually, our true selves will emerge.

And Number Four: Check results. The name of the game is results. How else can we effectively judge an individual’s performance? The final judge must be results.

There are two types of results to look for. The first is activity results. Specific results are a reflection of an individual’s productivity. Sometimes we don’t ask for this type of result right away, but it’s pretty easy to check activity. If you work for a sales organization and you’ve asked your new salesman, John, to make ten calls in the first week, it’s simple to check his results on Friday. You say, “John, how many calls did you make?” John says, “Well…” and starts telling a story, making an excuse. You respond, “John, I just need a number from one to ten.” If his results that first week are not good, it is a definite sign. You might try another week, but if that lack of precise activity continues, you’ll soon realize that John isn’t capable of becoming a member of your team.

The second area you need to monitor is productivity. The ultimate test of a quality team is measurable progress in a reasonable amount of time. And here’s one of the skills of leadership: be up front with your team as to what you expect them to produce. Don’t let the surprises come later.

When you’re following this four-part checklist, your instincts obviously play a major role. And your instincts will improve every time you go through the process. Remember, building a good team will be one of your most challenging tasks as a leader. It will reap you multiple rewards for a long time to come.

To Your Success,
Jim Rohn

Gaming Rooms and Wagering - What You Should Know Regarding It All

Auto Date Friday, June 13th, 2008

The difficulties of driving to a gambler’s den can be ample reason not to go unless it’s indispensible. Traffic jams, the difficulties, and tasks at hand won’t seem worth the difficulty for the mere chance to gamble at gambler’s den, even so if you’re the kind who is fanatic about games of luck then going virtual should be the answer for you. You are not required to move outside to go for online poker or other preferred games as you’ll do everything within your domestic surroundings provided you have a servicable computer with a broadband connection to the Internet. Though, you’re advised to read on as there are many important things which you positively should figure out about online poker or other preferred games, specifically should you be lacking experience.

The topmost thing which you as a discriminating Web player definitely should pursue is an online poker or other preferred games site of the kind offering the best odds. Make certain that the online poker or other preferred games site is monitored by an honest auditor in order to establish the actual casino games’ payoff in a verifiable manner. Always make sure that the online roulette etc site is legally licensed, e.g. by scrutinizing the government certified license as manifested on the casino site’s About page. If you can’t pick out any government certified license on a chosen online roulette etc site, do not attempt to try your hand with this Web page. Why not play with bonus casino forums here?

Beyond, further meaningful advice could be to lay your bets for beginners in insignificant amounts in place of frittering too much off the bat. Check first the integrity of this specific online roulette etc operation prior to provoking some grave injury, specifically in terms of money… Last but not least, here’s the most most notable recommendation about virtual casino. It can only be to never forget that betting halls is always about recreation and less about big dollars. Gambling is not a career, on the contrary - it’s a diversion which can make you exultant and living sweet. Once you have minded these hints, you are free to go ahead defer to the enticement of online roulette etc… :)
